HOW to get your baby sleeping through the night in 5 nights
The SECRETS to getting your baby to sleep through the night without feeling like they you are abandoning them or damaging them
Before enrolling in 5 Days to a Better Night’s Sleep, we were having difficulty getting our 5 month old to go down for naps and bedtime.
It was emotionally breaking both of us and causing us to dread anything involving sleep.
After taking the course and working with Jammy Time everything is different! We are now able to put our son down, confident that he is able to self soothe to sleep. We know he will sleep through the night and naps are starting to improve as well. We know that if anything does come up, that we have a plan in place and a support system for any other questions or concerns.
We were so worried that the first night was going to break our hearts but within 25 minutes our baby was asleep. He only woke up once during the night and was able to self soothe back to sleep. This was also his first night without any feeds! AMAZING.
Our life has significantly improved in all ways possible. Not only is our baby sleeping well, but so are we. We get to enjoy every minute with him now instead of dreading the next sleep. We are more confident as parents and can enjoy our down time together.
We started working with Shan at Jammy Time Sleep Solutions when my son Avery turned 3 months old.
Prior to working with Shan we used to get Avery to sleep by rocking and bouncing him, giving him a soother, and or giving him a bottle. Within the first couple of days of working with Shan we were able to stop those bad habits and give Avery the support he needed to learn to fall asleep on his own with no props.
Shan is a great coach and very supportive. Shan’s reassurance and knowledge gave us the confidence and support we needed to help Avery learn to self sooth and fall asleep on his own. Today Avery is now 4 months old and able to fall asleep when he is put down awake with no sleep props.
Avery is also starting to have longer naps and only wakes up once a night to feed. Avery turned 3 months old. Prior to working with Shan we used to get Avery to sleep by rocking and bouncing him, giving him a soother, and or giving him a bottle.

I can’t even express the happiness I feel at the end of our 2 week training. I’ve heard so many horror stories about babies sleeping habits and when I found out I was pregnant, first thing I bought was a book about sleep training. My husband and I thought we were so ready to have things right and we were so sure our little angel would sleep through the night in no time. Little did we know….Our son Lucas started having problems when he was 10 weeks, when swing was introduced during the day. Slowly but surely our perfect life started to be more like screaming hell of our baby refusing to take a nap without 40 minute screaming fast. Babies that age need to nap every hour!!!! After we tried about everything and thought doing “cry it out” approach was too early, I decided that we need external help. I was thinking what could she possibly tell me that I don’t already know, I’ve read it all and tried it all. Needless to say, we were very sceptical.
After only one night, we saw a huge change. Things that I thought would not be possible just yet, changed overnight. We were able to get rid of the soother, stop swaddling and adjust to earlier bed time, all the things that I thought weren’t that bad and didn’t need adjustments at his age. At the end we were able to just snuggle our baby, put him in his crib and he would fall asleep on his own. Of course there were good days and bad days, that’s why it is a 2 week training. But overall, the main purpose of teaching him to fall asleep was slowly achieved in a very gentle way, which was super important to us considering baby’s age.
Thank you Shan, from my husband and I, for not only teaching our son to sleep, but also for giving us our sanity back by not dreading every nap and bedtime. Now we are sitting at the cabin, with my whole family, enjoying the lake while everyone is mesmerized by our perfect little sleeper.
I can’t believe it has been 2 weeks since he started his training. It feels like he has been doing it for months. It’s amazing. Just two weeks ago, we couldn’t lay him down for naps and even if we tried, he would wake up instantly. We’d bounced him for hours daily, the only good thing about that was we both lost weight. And for night sleeping he would protest for hours while we bounced him to sleep, then would have to make sure he was tightly swaddled. Our exercise ball is now tucked away in the basement. Thank goodness.
Thank you so much. Your detailed schedule and the peace of mind knowing you were there to answer our questions helped greatly with the training. It also helped that he’s a great sleeper but we didn’t know that until the training started. We’re so proud of him.
I’m just thankful we have our sleep back and even time to just relax and unwind. We’d definitely recommend you to our friends and family and would call you again if we have another child.
